Snelling Staffing is hiring an organized and dependable Front Desk Administrative Receptionist for a professional office located in New Braunfels, TX. This temporary opportunity (approximately 6 weeks) is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and clerical work, thrives in a structured environment, and provides excellent front desk support to accounting and management staff.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $16.00–$18.00/hr DOE
• New Braunfels, TX 78130
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card
• 6-Week Minimum Temp Assignment

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage scheduling and maintain calendars using Slack and other office systems
• Perform daily bank deposits and process certified mail and receipts
• Scan, electronically file, and organize office documents
• Prepare and distribute the weekly Accounts Receivable report from the Comptroller
• Assist with document preparation and clerical support for accounting and management teams
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Water and maintain office plants as needed
• Provide general office support and maintain an organized front desk area

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or front office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using Slack
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
