Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit
- Operate cash register and manage transactions efficiently
- Balance cash register at the end of each shift
- Scan products accurately and ensure correct pricing
- Accept various payment methods and provide change and receipts
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints professionally
- Bag purchased items securely for customers
- Recommend additional products to customers when appropriate
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer skills
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
