Personal Development Program Manager

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Development Program Manager (Remote) to support our current enrichment programs aimed at assisting individuals with personal growth through our educational seminars and classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and business management, as well as a high interest in connecting directly with individuals within North America and across the globe. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a high level of organization, leadership and a passion for making a positive impact with those you speak to.
Duties

• Promote award-winning personal enrichment programs to individuals globally.
• Apply a simple, effective 3-step marketing system to engage clients.
• Communicate the value of these transformative resources and programs that assist individuals in reaching their goals.
• Build relationships with team members, helping them align their professional / personal growth goals with industry-leading solutions.
• Work autonomously but with support and training always available to assist your success from this global company.
• Maintain effective communication and support with team members you are coordinating with.
• Manage your marketing budget
• Facilitate an orientation with new team members

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Experience in program development tailored to individuals that appreciate our core value of personal growth and ongoing development.
• Proficient in relationship management to build strong connections with clients
• Proven program management skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
• Supervising experience that demonstrates an ability to mentor
• A high level of appreciation for personal awareness, growth and development
• Background in leadership, social work, mentoring, education, human resources, marketing or coaching that will enhance one's understanding of client needs and empowering listening skills.
