Job Overview

Job Overview: HTeaO Euless is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a member of our Brew Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing a variety of tea and coffee-based beverages, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with menu choices, and take orders accurately.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages following HTeaO’s recipes and standards.
• Cash Handling: Operate the register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the store, including the kitchen, beverage stations and parking lot, clean and organized. Perform daily cleaning duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store and excellent service during busy times.
• Stocking and Inventory: Assist in restocking inventory, preparing ingredients, and ensuring all items are properly stored.
• Health and Safety: Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required.
• Access to a smartphone or computer for team communication, and to view or trade assigned shifts.
• Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and fellow team members.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Food Handlers Certificate is required, Food Managers Certificate is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to occasionally withstand outside temperatures to assist with orders during busy times.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., carrying bags of sugar, tea containers, restocking supplies).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks like brewing tea, refilling brewers, and preparing orders.
