Required
Completion of an accredited program of nursing
Associate's degree in nursing

Experience:

Two (2) or more years of experience in nursing
Certification/Licensure:

~ Registered Nurse (RN), with Authorization to Practice in the State of Texas
~ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

NIH Stroke Scale (NHSS) Certification
Required within one (1) year of start date
