Accounts Receivable Specialist PT
Performs all Accounts Receivable duties including taking service calls and entering them into the system..
Invoice and mail all service/job tickets to customers
Prepare and mail monthly customer statements.
Collect and process payments from customers.
Engage in various collection activities on past‐due customer accounts.
Maintain customer files, including the collection of Sales Tax Resale and Exemption certificates.
Serve as back up to receptionist in answering the phones.
Punctuality and presence at desk
