Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs. The Training Coordinator will work closely with managers, trainers, and employees to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently and align with organizational goals..
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
- Maintain training calendars and training records
- Communicate training schedules and materials to employees and trainers
- Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and manuals
- Track employee training completion and compliance requirements
- Organize training venues, equipment, and logistics
- Support virtual and in-person training events
- Collect feedback and prepare training reports and evaluations
- Monitor training budgets and expenses when required
- Ensure training programs meet company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in training coordination, HR, administration, or related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Office Based
Necessary Equipment Operation:
- Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Office equipment, including telephone, scanner, computer, printer, etc.
Special Skills:
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Project coordination experience
- Event planning or facilitation skills.
