Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled NDE Technician with Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) in accordance with ASNT Level II or Level II SNT-TC-1A requirements, specializing in Computed Radiography (CR). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMI systems and possess additional qualifications in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
Job Description
- Perform Computed Radiography (CR) inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain VMI CR systems and related equipment.
- Conduct MT, PT, and VT inspections as required.
- Interpret and evaluate results to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of NDE experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with digital imaging software and data management systems.
- Experience with VMI CR systems strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Degree or GED
- ASNT Level II certification in RT (Computed Radiography).
- Additional Level II certifications in MT, PT, and VT.
