Accounting Specialist
Job Description:
- Location: 10500 Heritage, Suite 102, San Antonio, TX 78216.
- Position: Full-time Legal Accounting Clerk
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with monthly and year-end entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Verify and submit electronic payments as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Generate various reports and update data utilizing spreadsheet.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Prior accounting experience is a plus (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting software a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
