Position Overview

JSM Technology is seeking a  creative and structured Marketing Specialist  to support day-to-day  marketing and communications initiatives . This role is  onsite in our Richardson office  and is ideal for a  local student or recent graduate  interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and digital content within a professional business environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns

Create and edit marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and basic graphics

Assist with website updates and content management as needed

Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy

Maintain organized marketing files and project timelines

Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting

Provide administrative support related to marketing projects

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus

Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX

Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Requirements
