About Us: At Back Pain & Joint Center of Texas, we believe that every patient interaction, whether new or established, plays a crucial role in their healthcare journey. Our mission is to help one million patients get out of pain, off of pain medication, and avoid surgery by combining chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation and nutritional therapy with regenerative medicine. As a Front Desk Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that every patient feels welcome, supported, and receives the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities: ? Engage with incoming patient calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.? Qualify and assess patients, ensuring appropriate appointments are scheduled.? Guide patients through pre-appointment steps, addressing concerns, and fostering trust.? Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our cutting-edge EHR system.? Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for every appointment.? Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance patient engagement and support special offers.? Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our patient management system.? Distribute essential patient assets through text and email for a comprehensive patient experience.? Uphold and promote patient policies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.? Lead daily team huddles to promote productivity and ensure goals are met.? Provide support to patients, following up on recommendations from our providers.

Qualifications: ? Exceptional communication skills that resonate with diverse individuals. ? Comfortable and confident in sales training and processes.? Empathetic, patient-focused approach that builds trust and rapport.? Detail-oriented mindset for accurate data management and process adherence.? High school diploma or equivalent.? Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is a plus.? Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable.
