About Junes All Day Cafe
Straight from the iconic corner of South Congress in Austin, Junes All Day Cafe is expanding to Dallas! June's is a neighborhood hub with a serious culinary backbone, a legendary wine program, and a vibrant, unpretentious energy. Inspired by European cafes and classic American diners, we offer an effortless experience from the first pour of morning espresso to the final late-night glass of natural wine.
As we prepare to launch our highly anticipated Dallas flagship, we are seeking a visionary, business-minded General Manager to spearhead the opening, establish our culture, and drive the financial and operational success of this landmark location.
The Role: What You’ll DoAs the General Manager, you are the ultimate custodian of the guest experience, the team culture, and the financial bottom line. All-Day Execution: Ensure the venue transitions seamlessly across its various identities—from a bustling breakfast and lunch spot to a high-energy, wine-forward dinner destination.
Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of June’s in Dallas. Cultivate deep relationships with local guests, media, and neighborhood partners to establish a fiercely loyal regular base.
You are an entrepreneurial leader who runs a restaurant with the precision of a CEO and the warmth of a world-class host.
