Three commercial surfaces on one platform — a professional workspace, a consumer behavioral companion, and a clinical enterprise tier. One ontology. One regulated clinical chain. The professional pays. Their clients live inside it. One coach today maxes at 20-40 clients. Xenios is the substrate that lets one coach serve 200 without losing what makes coaching transformative.

It is the orchestration layer for proactive health. The substrate beneath the kind of consumer surfaces that Hims, Whoop, and Function operate. Anthropic, Stripe, Palantir is the aesthetic and the architectural posture.

Stage. Pre-seed, raising a $3M round on a $15M post-money cap. Named angel capital closed. MVP build active right now. Series A target 12-15 months out. The trajectory math is in the financials, available under NDA: Year 1 $16.1M revenue, Year 3 $135.5M.

The shape of the relationship. Three lanes — weighted to where the advisor is uniquely strong:

• Strategic and operational thought partnership on the decisions that determine whether a pre-seed company becomes category-defining
• Fundraising and investor relations — tactical depth on close path, term sheet navigation, institutional lead conversations, Series A positioning, warm introductions where genuine fit exists
• Strategic network activation — capital, operators, partners, customers, talent

The CEO would rather work with one senior person at 2-4 hours per week than five mid-tier advisors at one hour each.
