Central Office Clerk
:
Primary Purpose:
Under moderate supervision, provide reception and clerical support to central office staff members. Maintain and operate the substitute calling system and process related documentation for the district. Act as the point-of-contact at the district for part-time and seasonal employees.
Education/Certification : High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written instructions Ability to operate multi-line phone system Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize Ability to pay attention to detail
Experience: One year clerical experience in office setting
