Outside Sales Rep (Doors/Trims/Windows)

We are a successful material supply company to the DFW market that focuses on residential home building. The primary materials we supply are doors/trim/windows and back door sliders. We are opening a position up for a sales rep in the DFW market. At this moment there are no territories.

I am the owner and currently do most of our sales. With the support staff I have built we have grown from $0-5 million in sales in just under 3 years supplying doors/trim. We manufacture most of our doors in house and we have several supplier relationships for windows and sliders that have become great partners to us and our clients.

I have structured our company to serve both volume builders and custom builders. We also will be branching into commercial sales within the next 18 months for the same materials. We lean more towards custom home builders but currently serve some of the largest home builders in this market as well.

This position will have a base salary associated with it and that will be negotiated in final phases of the interview process . We want our staff to be well paid and our sales reps to also be financial successful. The more money you make, the more money we make is how it works at Abel. The sales are residual and you will have a project manager/coordinator who will help fulfill your clients orders. You are the account owner and will have the ability to speak into the staff we put underneath you. That staff is also financially incentivized to ensure the level of service provided is top notch.
