Full-Time CRNA Needed in Lufkin, TX

Overview

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Full time

Case Types : General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), Spine, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Cardiology and CV. Approximately 500-600 OB deliveries each year.

Special Requirements : Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train

Supervision Model : Autonomous, team is comprised of 8 CRNAs

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas . (Currently, or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, endo, OB/GYN and CV cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train.
• Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage
• $315,000 base on 1099, up to $327,000
