• Manage campus budgets, staffing, and performance metrics with a focus on financial discipline and operational excellence.

• Maintain high academic standards by overseeing curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and accreditation requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or allied health training.

• Demonstrated ability to lead operations, manage personnel, and achieve performance metrics with precision.
