Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: $25 - $27 / hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain billing records in accordance with company procedures
• Submit invoices through various internal and external platforms as required
• Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past due balances
• Apply incoming payments and maintain accurate account records
• Maintain supporting documentation related to billing and receivables activity
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding account inquiries
• Assist with reconciliations and other accounting-related tasks as needed
• Provide support to the accounting team during reporting cycles and special projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong ERP system knowledge
• Comfortable independently using Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
