Assistant Community Manager
Hourly non-exempt position
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 208-unit apartment community in Conroe! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- CRM is a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
