Position Title:

Lead Material Handler

Direct the activities involved in the efficient operation of the warehouse and delivery service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Provides services for the prompt and accurate filling, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
2. Provides for the efficient receiving, marking, and stocking of merchandise; ensures the maintenance and protection of warehouse stocks, supplies, and equipment.
3. Ensures compliance with all state and Federal labeling and shipping laws and regulations on merchandise shipped from warehouse.
4. Maintains and controls the requisitioning of warehouse supply items and equipment.
5. Directs the Company's fire and safety programs for all warehouse employees according to established policy and practice.
6. Assists in the recruitment and hiring of warehouse personnel; ensure the orientation and training in the proper methods for performing warehouse duties.
7. Inspects and checks warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
8. Recommends new methods and procedures in warehouse activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School Diploma, or GED with additional schooling or equivalent business experience.
• Should have 3 to 5 years of experience with the Company.
• Ability to read, write, count and understand and speak English
