Operations Manager
- Plans and directs plant operations
- Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity
- Enforces quality procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue
- Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention
- Function as a liaison between floor technicians and the Plant Manager
- Work with HR and Plant Manager on any disciplinary issues, institute corrective actions and actively participate in the hiring and termination process.
- Other duties as assigned
- This position may be called in at various hours and days of the week 24/7, due to the emergency response nature of the business.
- Ability to improvise to get the jobs completed while maintaining safety, cost effectiveness and quality
- Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Proactively developing customer relationships both internal and external; anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.

- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years of mechanical experience; experience with water purification preferred.
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication a must
