We are seeking a Hospice Physician / Medical Director to support our team in the San Antonio area.

What you'll do:

• Provide medical direction and oversight for hospice patients.
• Certify and recertify patients for hospice eligibility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and guide plans of care.
• Provide symptom management recommendations and end-of-life care guidance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings.
• Be available for physician consultation as needed.
• Support quality care in compliance with hospice regulations.

What we're looking for:

• MD or DO license in Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field preferred).
• Hospice and palliative care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate approach to patient-centered care.
