🔍 Responsibilities:

As the Senior Product Manager for Rev Studio, you will be the strategic leader and end-to-end owner of a groundbreaking product that integrates multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize how knowledge workers synthesize meetings, conversations, and vast archives of documents into highly valuable insights, facts, and new generated documents.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will:

• Define and Evangelize Vision: Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for Rev Studio, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Generative AI in real-world applications.

• Innovate Beyond Limits: Drive the creation of a market-leading, LLM-powered workbench specialized for professional workflows (with a strong emphasis on the Legal industry), aiming to set a new standard that significantly exceeds the capabilities of current general-purpose LLMs like Gemini and ChatGPT for specific use cases.

• Lead with Empathy: Engage deeply with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover critical pain points, validate hypotheses, and translate complex needs into intuitive and powerful product solutions.

• Drive Strategic Execution: Work hand-in-hand with our world-class AI engineers, data scientists, and design teams to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on features that deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional user value.

• Market Intelligence & Growth: Continuously monitor the evolving Generative AI landscape, competitive offerings, and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and position Rev Studio for sustained growth and dominance.

🚀 What You'll Work On:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, crafting a clear, data-driven strategy and detailed roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Cutting-Edge Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging Generative AI technologies, techniques, and models to develop novel features that provide a distinct competitive advantage.

• User & Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and extensive user research (including customer interviews, workshops, and data analysis) to inform product decisions.

• Requirements & Specifications: Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub for collaboration across engineering, science, design, marketing, sales, and legal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive product development velocity.

• Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner closely with Product Marketing to define compelling messaging, pricing, packaging, and launch strategies that maximize adoption and customer success.

• Performance & Optimization: Define key metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience and business impact.

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a significant track record of defining, launching, and scaling innovative AI/ML-powered products in high-growth B2B or B2B2C environments.

• Generative AI Expertise: A comprehensive and current understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning concepts, and the Generative AI ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to track emerging innovations and translate them into product opportunities.

• Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to think strategically at a high level while also diving deep into tactical execution, making data-informed decisions, and driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

• Experience with Complex Data Synthesis: Direct experience building products that synthesize unstructured data (audio, text, video) into structured insights, summaries, or new documents at scale.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong aptitude for user research, empathy, and a relentless focus on solving complex user problems with elegant solutions.

• Technical Acumen: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Ability to engage effectively with highly technical engineering and science teams.

• Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives to customers.

• Impact-Driven: A strong bias for action, a passion for achieving measurable business outcomes, and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards ambitious goals.

Bonus Points For:

• Direct experience delivering technology products into the Legal industry, or a deep understanding of legal workflows and pain points.

• Experience integrating and orchestrating multiple LLM providers or models within a single product experience.
