Guest Services Housekeeper

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with Home2 Suites and Hilton brand standards. Housekeepers ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment that enhances their overall experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchenettes.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, linens, and other room amenities.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly.
• Ensure all areas meet or exceed brand cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and organize cleaning carts and supplies.
• Clean public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and laundry rooms as needed.
• Assist with laundry operations when required.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet room cleaning quotas.
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
