Join Our Team as a Mall Manager!

Hours: Full Time

Location: Westgate Mall, Amarillo, TX

Compensation: $55,000

We are seeking a Mall Manager to oversee all facets of mall operations—from leasing and tenant relations to facilities and financial oversight. What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance teams.
• Approve departmental schedules, payroll, and manage PTO.
• Ensure property compliance with all relevant permits and licenses .
• Report incidents, operations issues, and updates to corporate.
• Partner with Corporate on tenant leasing and recruitment .
• Communicate key information to tenants, patrons, and vendors.
• Collaborate on collections and enforcement of lease terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local officials.
• Resolve tenant concerns while upholding contractual obligations.
• Oversee legal compliance and support marketing & social media outreach.
• Manage vendor insurance, work orders, and property safety protocols.

What you will need:

• Minimum 5 years of mall management experience (at Mall Manager level or above).
• High School Diploma or GED required, advanced education a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial facility operations , leasing, and tenant negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer applications and administrative systems.
• Experience with mall marketing, promotions, and community relations.

Pay Range: USD $55,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
