The Opportunity: Docks, Decks, and Drivers Looking for a fast-paced role where you aren't stuck doing just one thing? We are hiring a dual-threat Forklift Operator and Yard Driver.

This isn't a job for beginners. We need a skilled operator who can seamlessly transition from the warehouse floor to the cab of a semi-truck. If you can precision-park a trailer into a tight dock and handle a forklift with your eyes closed (metaphorically speaking!), we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Yard Driving: Safely back semi-trucks, trailers, and bulk tankers into tight loading docks and staging bays. Secure them using wheel chocks and airline locks.

• Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and stage products using LPG and electric forklifts or clamp trucks.

• Order Picking & Loading: Pull exact orders, verify weights, and efficiently load outbound trailers. Note: Requires physical movement, bending, and lifting 10 to 50 lbs.

• Inventory & Quality: Maintain accurate counts, use RF systems, and ensure shipments are damage-free.

• Maintenance: Run daily pre-operational checklists to keep your equipment running smoothly.

Requirements:

• The Credentials: High School Diploma/GED, and the ability to pass our forklift evaluation.

• The Experience: At least 1 year of industrial forklift experience AND 1 year of yard driving experience (backing up trailers with tight clearance is a must). Active CDL is nice to have.

• The Skills: Basic math for inventory, great communication, and exposure to RF Smart Systems (preferred).

• The Grit: Ability to handle regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Receiving, Put-Away & Loading

• Unload inbound shipments safely, check for accuracy/damage, and report variances.

• Efficiently stack, store, and rotate stock in designated areas.

• Move products from staging or storage into trailers for outbound shipping.

Order Picking & Inventory

• Pull and prepare exact types and quantities of products for shipment to meet standards.

• Weigh products and record weights on individual pallets.

• Keep precise records to maintain inventory control and assist in physical counts.

Equipment & Yard Operation

• Safely operate LPG/electric forklifts, clamp trucks, and other power equipment.

• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and perform minor equipment maintenance.

• Operate a yard truck (semi-truck with trailer/bulk tanker) throughout the facility and shipping docks.

Physical & General Requirements

• Requires constant movement on/off forklifts, with regular bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.

• Must be able to intermittently lift 10 to 60 pounds.

• Requires basic math skills, effective communication across departments, and flexibility for other assigned duties.

The essential functions of this role include:
