Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities to boost revenue and profit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with key customers, OEMs, and stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle.
• Market Development: Research new market segments, conduct competitive analysis, and attend industry conferences to expand product applications.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide market feedback for product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or technical sales, ideally in ceramics, advanced materials, or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of ceramic and hermetic technologies and their applications.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
