Ford Experienced Service Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and Ford experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, while providing accurate and efficient service on assigned repair orders. Pay & Benefits * Competitive compensation package based on experience and certifications * Annual bonuses * Health, medical, and dental insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off and vacation * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Growth opportunities * Family-owned and operated dealership * Long-term job security * Flexible scheduling * Top Tech+ dealership with technician support programs Responsibilities * Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately * Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment * Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning * Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs * Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards * Maintain high-quality workmanship and follow dealership guidelines Qualifications * 2+ years of service technician experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required * Ford certification preferred, Ford experience required * B-level skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Steady hand, dexterity, and excellent hand-eye coordination * Positive and professional attitude with eagerness to learn * Ability to work well in a team environment * Strong communication and customer service skills * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record About UsSames Ford in Laredo, TX, is proud to be a trusted automotive leader in our community.
