HVAC and Plumbing Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our HVAC and Plumbing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, particularly in the HVAC and plumbing industry. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the HVAC and plumbing warehouse operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and purchasing, to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments.

• Service titan experience a plus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse management, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification (preferred).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
