This company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout. The role involves managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of high-profile mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, coordination and execution of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contract administration
- Manage and supervise project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant PMs and field crews
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, change orders, RFIs and project documentation
- Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections and project meetings
- Provide detailed project reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Support business development by maintaining client relationships and assisting in proposal development
Skills/Must Have:
- 5 years of construction project management experience with a focus on mechanical or MEP scopes
- Experience delivering data center or mission critical projects highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, cooling, and plumbing
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale construction projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Salary:
- Up to $200,000 Base Salary
