TopWings is looking for a Shift Leader who is humble, hungry, and smart enough to manage our restaurants. The Assistant General Manager & Shift leader is passionate about restaurant operations, guest experience, and team development. The candidate should provide strategic direction for the remaining team and crew members. The candidate must convey the company culture to their staff and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to multiple concepts.

• Leadership: Mentors all positions within their operational area to ensure a high level of engagement and success. Maintains availability for the development of all operational personnel.
• Maintain Culture: Support, reinforce, and align decisions with Wingstop's culture.
• Training and Development: Trains and develops employees; manages career expectations for the management team; clearly conveys standards
• Leverage Support: Utilize FBO, Operations (QSC), and area support personnel to identify and mitigate any needs or gaps in current business practices. Lead support personnel in the planning, development, and implementation of operational improvement practices.
• Develops and Manages Business Planning Processes: Works with team to develop, implement, and manage a business plan for Restaurants; analyzes external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those changes should be implemented.
• Financial Accountability: Maintains full responsibility for financial performance directly impacting area restaurant operations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzes business trends and financial data to assess and improve area performance, both operationally and financially.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid Food Manager certificate
• At least 18 months of managerial position with a proven record of success is required, preferably in the fast food or casual dining industry. Employment history will be verified.
• Knowledge of the QSR/Fast Casual industry as well as the necessary business acumen to run a complete business unit
• Knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and the overall financial performance of the store
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Food Safety, Local, and State Health requirements/inspections/audits
