Summary/Objective:
The Catalog Coordinator supports the Catalog Manager in maintaining and enriching product data within the company’s ERP system (Epicor P21) and ensures seamless integration with the PIM (Inriver). This role is critical for accurate product listings, cost management, and supporting the PIM team with supplier-driven enrichment requests. The Catalog Coordinator will also assist with large data uploads, store-specific product loading, and general catalog maintenance.
Essential Functions:
- Support PIM Team: Collaborate with the PIM team to enrich product data and images, including direct supplier requests for new or updated content.
- Vendor Cost Maintenance: Update standard vendor “Into Stock” costs in the ERP system as provided by procurement or suppliers.
- Catalog Manager Support: Assist the Catalog Manager with various requests, including reporting, troubleshooting, and special projects.
- Product Loading: Help load new products into the ERP for individual stores, ensuring correct categorization and data completeness.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of information for large uploads of material, including attributes, costs, and vendor details.
- Cost Group Management: Ensure cost groups are loaded and maintained correctly for all relevant products.
- Vendor Information Loading: Load and update vendor information as needed, maintaining up-to-date records for procurement and sales teams.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine catalog maintenance, including data cleanup, error resolution, and ongoing updates to support business needs.

- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and ERP experience (Epicor P21 preferred).
- Ability to listen, comprehend, and act on information from others.
Supervisory Responsibility:
The Catalog Coordinator position will not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The employee must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a catalog, product data, or ERP support role.
- Experience with Epicor P21 or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical products and supplier relationships is a plus.
