Position Details :
CRANE 1 is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Director to focus on shaping and executing the company's long-term vision and growth strategy. Leads the development of strategic plans, works with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to flesh out growth opportunities, and oversee the implementation of those plans. This role involves analyzing market trends, conducting research, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. CRANE 1 has partnered with HHS Talent Solutions for the fulfillment of this role.
K ey Responsibilities :
Manages IT strategic direction and development of the IT stack by providing specific directions to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) that aligns and prioritizes projects with strategic initiatives.
Manage implementation of various 3 rd party software applications including, but not limited to, the Field Service Management (FSM) system and middleware to enable automation across the IT stack.
In collaboration with Executive leadership and finance leaders, develop targets to improve (TTI) and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the in-flight and post-launch success of strategic initiatives.
Oversee the execution of strategic initiative deployment via strict discipline of the Hoshin Kanri strategic deployment process, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Build and maintains relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to develop a cadence to deliver on strategic initiatives.
In collaboration with the CFO, develops and maintains financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.
Communicates strategic plans and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Leads and mentors a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to achieve strategic goals.
Develops an overarching change management plan for strategic initiatives, providing impact analysis by role within the organization.
As acquisitions arise, develop integration planning and tracking with V.P. Marketing and M&A.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of directly related experience, preferably in a multi-site, field-based service industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, industrial services).
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and build relationships.
Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze trends, develop strategic plans, and make informed decisions.
Business Acumen and Financial Modeling: Understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and budgeting.
Experience in Strategy Development and Implementation: A track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans in a relevant industry, including cloud-based SaaS knowledge, usage and practical application.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the company operates.
Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field .
