Full-Time and Part-Time Home Health Aide

Schedule: Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

-6:00am-2:30pm (72 hours in a two week pay period)

-6:00am-2:30pm (48 hours in a two week pay period)

Pay Range: $19.10 - $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

-Assist clients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

-Support medication administration in accordance with training, care plans, and organizational policies

-Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff

-Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system

-Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans

-Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort for those we serve

-Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate customer service in daily interactions

Minimum Qualifications

-No prior experience required — training provided

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Ability to work independently and make appropriate care-related decisions within scope

-Strong reliability, dependability, and professionalism

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to document accurately and timely

-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

-Emotional maturity and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving

Preferred Qualifications

-Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

-Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting
