Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - One-on-One Patient Care Autonomy (MATHIS)

Day and Night shifts available in Mathis, TX.

Current Available Schedules:

• Nights: Tuesday-Sunday 7pm-7am (rotating w/another nurse could possibly do 12am-7am)
• Nights: 7pm-7am
• Days: Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm or 9am-5pm
• Days: Monday-Friday 7a-5p (nurse will be attending school with patient)

Pay Rate Range: $22-$27 an hour (night and weekend differential available)

Responsibilities forLicensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LVNs)

• Current, active Texas LVN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
