SQL Server Analyst
Salary: $80,000-$105,000

Role Responsibilities
- Support campaign list management and reporting initiatives for different markets and brands.
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to gather, clarify, and challenge campaign requirements to ensure accurate targeting and compliance.
- Use SQL Server to data mine customer populations, apply segmentation logic, and build high-quality campaign lists.
- Translate marketing objectives into well-structured datasets and final distribution lists for Marketing and Email teams.
- Manage and apply state-specific rules and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the campaign list creation process.
- Act as a consultative analyst—asking thoughtful questions, identifying gaps or risks, and proposing data-driven solutions rather than simply executing requests.
Top Needs
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with hands-on SQL Server expertise.
- Strong SQL data mining and list-building experience , preferably supporting marketing or campaign initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently in a senior-level team environment with minimal hand-holding.
- Analytical, inquisitive mindset—someone who naturally questions requirements and thinks critically about data and outcomes.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (energy, utilities, finance, healthcare, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Confident communicator who can explain data logic and decisions clearly to business partners.
