Position Overview
As an Insurance Agent , you will work directly with individuals and families to help them protect their income, homes, and loved ones through customized insurance and financial protection solutions.
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on educating clients, identifying needs, and helping them make informed financial decisions.
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients virtually or in person to assess financial protection needs
Present mortgage protection, life insurance, and disability insurance solutions
Educate families on coverage options and long-term financial security
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Guide clients through the application and policy process
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development programs

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Industrial Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting industrial service solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Present and promote industrial service solutions to customers in a professional and consultative manner
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations to understand customer needs
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability goals
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions using CRM software
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Follow company sales procedures, safety policies, and compliance standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or industrial services preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales opportunities

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
