We are a well-established cafe in Central Austin, specializing in fast and fresh food that we take pride in making for our guests.
The perfect job for a reliable, dedicated early bird who enjoys providing top notch service to guests, making espresso drinks and smoothies, and can maintain a clean work space.
You MUST have weekday and weekend availability! Mary's is open seven days a week. We guarantee two consecutive days off. This is a full time position
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours and do some heavy lifting. We re a small, motivated staff, and we rely on each other to be dependable.
We are offering $16 an hour to experienced candidates. Tips average around $10 an hour.
Qualifications
1-2 years or more of specialty coffee experience
1-2 years or more of customer service experience
Proficiency in the use of Square technology and software necessary for daily operations
Strong intrapersonal skills, ability to build relationships with customers, ability to learn quickly, and understands how to work as part of a team
High integrity with regards to punctuality and attendance
Duties
Prepare and serve quality cafe espresso drinks and smoothies fresh to order for guests
Speak, interact and build relationships with customers
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Deliver spectacular customer service
Follow health and safety guidelines, as well as, operational policies and procedures
Job Type: Four to Five Days a week guaranteed
