Are you a skilled problem solver with a knack for precision? We’re looking for a Safe & Vault Technician to join our team and provide top-notch service in maintaining, repairing, and installing safes and vaults.
️ Job Responsibilities:
- Service and repair a variety of safes, vaults, and locking mechanisms (mechanical and electronic).
- Perform safe and vault installations, ensuring optimal security systems are in place.
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely, reliable solutions.
- Handle emergency openings for clients locked out of their safes or vaults.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their security needs and offer expert recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in safe and vault repair or a related field (preferred).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safe locks, key systems, and electronic security systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle complex security systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
