Your New Role

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, mini splits, ductwork, and refrigerant lines in Austin, Texas

• Replace and install equipment such as heat pumps, gas furnaces, and package units

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics

• Perform system charging, evacuation, and startup procedures

• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work truck, job site, and equipment

• Work closely with your team to complete installs efficiently and reduce callbacks

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• EPA Type II Certification

• Valid driver license with a clean driving record

• Strong knowledge of 120v, 240v, and 24v electrical systems

• Solid understanding of refrigeration cycles, charging, and evacuation procedures

• Experience with ductwork, line set installation, and component replacement including compressors, evaporators, and TXVs

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to complete a written assessment and soldering test

• High school diploma or equivalent
