Business Development Trainee
Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills by understanding client needs in a direct setting
- Manage new & existing customer accounts and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals, track performance, and develop sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Learn leadership skills by participating in hands-on training with a focus on managing teams and developing sales plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with senior teams to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies
- Participate in daily Business Development Trainee team meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and contribute to overall company success
- A college degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or as a Business Development Trainee
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the drive to develop leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills within a team and amongst a diverse consumer base
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
