Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of our services, focusing on building community partnerships and expanding our reach through diverse channels such as social media, local events, and professional networks.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations to drive referrals and establish long-term partnerships.

  • Outreach & Presentations: Lead educational sessions and presentations to raise awareness about our services among potential clients, healthcare professionals, and the community.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Proactively seek new business through outreach, cold calling, and networking. Guide potential clients through the admissions process with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure the seamless coordination of client services and high-quality care delivery.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and measure results.

  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all marketing and sales activities adhere to industry regulations and uphold our commitment to ethical practices.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry developments and engage in professional development opportunities to keep your skills sharp.

  • Company Representation: Serve as an ambassador for our company, representing our values of integrity, compassion, and quality care.

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, compassionate individual with a passion for helping others.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, specifically within the home care, home health, hospice, and healthcare industry .

  • Direct experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or other medical facilities is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, case managers, and administrators at nursing homes, hospitals, and clinics.

  • Proven ability to generate referrals and increase patient admissions from professional networks.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks , and drive results with minimal supervision. Proactive and goal-driven with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving sales quotas.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Previous experience collaborating with medical or administrative staff to coordinate care and admissions is essential.

  • Ability to travel locally in Houston area to meet with clients, healthcare providers, and attend community events. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
