Growth Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive data-led growth by defining, building, and optimizing lead nurture, scoring, attribution, and measurement frameworks—from top-of-funnel through seamless hand-off to Sales.
You can expect to:
Strategy & MarTech Ownership
- Define, build, and execute stage-based and behavioral-based marketing programs, leveraging engagement data to trigger personalized, automated campaigns (i.e. - lapsed customers, new to company, competitor segmentation), and nurture leads through the pipeline.
- Own the Demand Generation aspect of Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring robust configuration, maintenance, and performance.
- Help define the Demand Generation MarTech roadmap, evaluating platforms like HubSpot or others to support evolving team needs.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, timing, and targeting through structured A/B and multivariate tests for the programs they own.
Lead Management & Lifecycle
- Build strategy and process related to lead scoring, attribution, salesforce campaign structure and Pardot email and enforce execution of it.
- Uncover opportunities to improve conversion via website A/B tests, form optimizations, and enhanced lead routing.
- Establish scalable processes for lead hygiene, deduplication, normalization, and taxonomy management.
Campaign Execution
- Build, deploy, and maintain Pardot email programs related to lead nurturing and campaigns you own.
- Configure automations, workflows, and dynamic content to support multi-stage nurture journeys.
- Manage integrations and coordinate with external vendors to enhance Demand Gen MarTech functionality.
Analytics & Reporting
- Configure and maintain dashboards in Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to track MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to reveal funnel leak points, channel performance, and attribution insights.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators weekly and monthly, providing actionable recommendations to incorporate into your campaigns and to stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Document and refine end-to-end processes for campaign launch, lead management, and data governance.
- Lead experiments on conversion optimization, nurturing tactics, and attribution models.
- Stay current on marketing automation trends and recommend enhancements to our Demand Gen MarTech stack.
Is this opportunity for you?
To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:
- 3+ years in marketing operations or demand generation for B2B SaaS.
- Expert in Pardot and Salesforce (campaigns, custom objects, workflows, reporting).
- Proficient with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and web/A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Proven ability to mine data, build attribution models, and translate insights into strategic recommendations .
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to align stakeholders around data-backed insights.
- Passionate about experimentation, continuous optimization, and learning new technologies.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working with and implementing different Marketing CRMs, for example Pardot and HubSpot.
- Experience in working in a globally distributed workforce with different time zones.
- Experience in creating digital assets, i.e. webpages, videos.
