Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate support to older adults with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

- Support housekeeping tasks and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment
- Work closely with other care team members to ensure consistent and high-quality resident support
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to build caregiving skills and professional development
- Demonstrate ethical behavior, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with residents
- Contribute to improving residents’ overall quality of life through attentive and respectful care
