Children's Soccer Coach - Part Time - South Austin/Dripping Springs

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 2-10+yrs to improve their soccer skills while instilling confidence and physical literacy. Our top-notch curriculum and low child-to-coach ratio create the perfect learning environment for our participants. With over 25 years of experience, we have established ourselves as the premier youth educational soccer program in the country. You will be a part of a team of dynamic coaches who share a commitment to providing every child with a positive and fun learning experience.

Requirements

• Passion for coaching and working with young children
• Active, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience playing or coaching, strong soccer background is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Availability to work flexible hours 9:00am - Noon, 2:00pm - 5:00pm
• Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions that align with our curriculum and philosophy
• Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 2-10yrs
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment for children
• Manage a group of up to 12 children in a session
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed
• Attend training and development sessions provided by the company
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during sessions
