Crust Pizza Co is looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. Cashiers work to provide customers with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the sales counter. Cashiers generally take orders over the phone, point of sale when guests are dining in, collect payments and make change, and issue receipts. Cashiers are oftentimes asked to help with other tasks around the place of business during their down time. To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Hourly Pay: Average $8 - $10 with tip share. Hourly base depends on position and experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, directing them to our self-serve beverage station, helping them locate items like beverage cups, forks, napkins.
• Operating cash registers, and other electronics devices like third party contractors "Door- Dash, Waiter, etc."
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt up on guest request.
• Bagging or wrapping food purchases to ensure safe transport.
• Following all stored procedures regarding coupons/promos, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as special request, future orders, catering, etc.
• Maintaining a clean workspace during shifts and completing opening and closing duties.

Basic Qualifications

• Food/service industry experience
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean, follow sanitation protocols, food safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

You will be working in a kitchen environment. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
