We are growing quickly and currently have more qualified leads than we can handle. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Home Comfort Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, design customized HVAC comfort solutions, and help customers make confident decisions — all through warm, company-provided leads. If you’re driven, coachable, and no cold calling, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort needs
- Design and recommend customized system solutions
- Present options clearly and confidently
- Close company-provided sales opportunities
- Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience
- Coordinate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project completion

- Converting warm, company-provided leads into closed sales
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience
- Staying organized and effectively managing appointments
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and team members
Who We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional and confident presence
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Sales or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance
- Ability to manage a schedule of in-home appointments
Compensation
- Opportunity to earn: $70,000-$80,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Bonuses
