The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Innovation team you will drive the development and implementation of advanced DevOps solutions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of technology and business needs. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment, working with advanced tools and methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Creating infrastructure-as-code resources in BICEP
- Developing CI/CD pipelines with advanced deployment stages
- Implementing monitoring and observability tooling
- Utilizing Azure DevOps and Git version control
- Writing and debugging scripts in Bash and Python
- Experience with YAML
- Exhibiting experience with Microsoft Azure
- Understanding site reliability engineering practices

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
