ROLE IMPACT

• Supports one or more managers by performing essential administrative tasks that enable smooth office operations
• Success is measured by accuracy in documentation, meeting coordination, file management, and timely support of daily activities with professionalism and discretion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform word processing, proofreading, and document distribution while maintaining confidentiality

• Scan and manage manager’s files and general office files using digital records systems

• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and manage appointment reminders

• Schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and record meeting minutes as required

• Draft reports and correspondence with appropriate backup for manager review

• Code and match invoices and requisitions; may manage petty cash and supply orders

• Assist with research and tracking of budget-related data and numeric reports

• Maximo, Lawson/Workday

• Standard office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, copiers)
