International Shipping Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.80 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Prepare and process international shipping documents and export paperwork
• Schedule, track, and manage international shipments
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
• Verify shipping charges and maintain accurate records
• Provide shipment updates and support to internal teams and customers

International Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer systems and WMS software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
